Crypto Donation - Terms and Conditions
By ticking this box and making a donation, I confirm that I am either registered on the UK electoral register or making this donation on behalf of a UK-registered company. I acknowledge that if this donation, or the cumulative total of multiple donations, exceeds £500, or if there are any discrepancies with this donation, the funds will be held for up to 28 days to verify permissibility.
I also acknowledge that if my donation is found to be impermissible, it will be returned in the same cryptocurrency used, regardless of any fluctuations in value that may have occurred during that period. Donors whose contributions exceed £500 will be reported in accordance with Electoral Commission regulations.
Anonymous donations are not permitted. If a donation is found to be impermissible and we are unable to contact you to confirm the correct wallet for the refund, the funds will be returned to the original donation address where practicable, or sent to the Electoral Commission if this is not possible.
Donations are subject to a transaction fee and gas fee. This will not be passed on to the donor except for refunded impermissible donations.
Refunded impermissible donations will be subject to a gas fee which will be calculated at the time of the refund.
